DARE - Democracy and Human Rights Education in Adult Learning
DARE is a Europe-wide network of NGOs and other organisations devoted to raise the profile of Education for Democratic Citizenship (EDC) and Human Rights Education (HRE), promote transcultural and transnational cooperation, and enhance the quality of education within these fields. -
HealthPROoelderly

In the healthPROelderly project, health promotion activities for older people in Europe are being explored and a database with good practice examples is available. Guidelines for health promotion activities for older people are being developed.
- HiStory - Seniors tell about history
HiStory is an easy-to-handle weblog area for the exchange of experiences among senior citizens. It is about stories and tales of personally experienced history in the 20th and beginning 21st century by seniors of different countries all over Europe.

IGLOO – InterGenerational Learning in OrganisatiOns
The core of the project is the development of an innovative teaching and learning model which enables companies to improve and enhance intergenerational learning in their organisation.

Isolation to Inclusion
The project work focused on the identification and improvement of measures that enable groups at a multi-dimensional risk of social exclusion to fully participate in community life. A major focus was on strengthening initiatives by older persons for older persons and on supporting networks of these initiatives.

The project aims at offering training courses to members of seniors self-help groups and voluntary work initiatives to improve their skills in empowering seniors, with weak family and social networks, to take a greater role in society. It builds on work outlined by the European project “Isolation to Inclusion” in which Local and Regional Action Plans for the re-integration of isolated old people into community life were set up. - Seniors in Action
The project manages to train senior participants -a reservoir of knowledge- who have a special capacity (honey producers, mathematicians, chess players, etc.) and to become informal educators for pupils 9-12 years old.

The SLIC project is developing methods to encourage older people as active citizens through recognising their prior learning and experience and fostering the development of new skills and potentials, through formal and informal lifelong learning in the context of managing life transitions.

The general objective of the project is to develop a supportive intergenerational learning environment so as to use the creative potential of both retirees and students as valuable human resources who can contribute to the socio-economic and cultural development of Europe.
- TraVeL AGEnts - Over 55's without frontiers
The project aims at promoting active participation of older people in society and facilitating their mobility across the European Union through the establishment of the “over 55s without frontiers” networks. They will be open to people over 55 years of age interested in developing their skills and becoming active in organizing intercultural exchange, traveling, volunteering and learning activities.

VOCH - Volunteers for Cultural Heritage
The project starts out by acknowledging the increasing importance of the voluntary sector for preserving cultural heritage and running cultural institutions, such as museums. It will explore this phenomenon at European level, identifying different types of voluntary work and the areas of activity in which cultural volunteers are engaged, with the objective of designing training addressed both to volunteers themselves and to the people responsible for volunteer programmes within cultural organisations.
