SVP Funded projects
Since 2008/09 a part of the EU's Programme Lifelong Learning, Grundtvig, is the sponsorship of "Senior Volunteering Projects" (SVP). In the first months it was called GIVE ("Grundtvig Initiative for senior Volunteering in Europe"). The exchange refers at the moment to an exchange of seniors from institutions from two countries (as at September 2009). On this site funded projects are documented:

- ZAWiW of Ulm University (Germany) and CESVOT in Florence (Italy) -
INTERCULTURAL - Project "Senior Volunteering in Social Services" (A, BG) - Austrian Red Cross and Bulgarian Red Cross
- Project "Ecoseniors" (IT, FR) - Lunaria (Italy) and études ET chantiers (France)
- Project "MARCHA 50" (ES, IT) – Ayuntamiento de Lleida (Spain) and Associazione Agire Sociale (Italy)
- Project "Nachbarschaft" (DE, A) – Nachbarschaftszentrum Berlin (Germany) and Nachbarschaftszentrum (Austria)
- Project "SEVOCA" (UK,HU) – The Budapest Cultural Centre (Hungary) and Lancaster University (United Kingdom)
- Project "The voice of European seniors" (RO, PT) - Orizont Cultural T'
(Romania) and Association VIDA (Portugal)
If your institution also is funded to execute a SVP, please send us a description of it of 200 words preferably in English, your native language and in the language of your partner institution's country. Please send the description to info-seven@zawiw.de.
