We organised a training meeting to form teams of senior and junior volunteers, previously involved in the activities of the partnership.
The partnership included Lunaria, national organisation involved in the promotion of international voluntary service for all, Legambiente, the biggest Italian environmental organisation that involves many international volunteers in its activities, and FCEI, that is the Federation of Italian Evangelic Churches, that runs a lot of social project realised by volunteers.
During the training volunteers received all necessary information about international volunteering, senior exchanges and European Voluntary Service, and decided how to promote these activities to local administrations, associations and citizens.
Teams of volunteers organised materials and educational supports to present their experience of senior international exchanges, European Voluntary Service and international workcamps to Italian Municipality, Regions, associations, and common citizens.
Teams prepared one booklet including volunteers' reports about junior and senior international volunteering experiences and a description of all the different forms of international voluntary service activities experimented so far.

This booklet was printed in Italian and English, and used as communicative and work instruments for local administrations and associations in future international partnerships for European Voluntary exchanges.

The partnership organised 5 local meetings and teams of volunteers carried out them:

• 4 Presentations to local administrations, associations and citizens in Campobasso, Roma, Venezia and Parma;
• A Final meeting with local administration, associations and citizen to summarise and draw together all different opinions in Ferrara.
